The images captured will be of you – authentically you. There won’t be make-up artists and there is no dress code – wear what you’re most comfortable in and how you want people to see you. This will be codesigned – you can choose what to wear and how to describe yourself. It could be berets, medals and blazers, a ball gown, sports kit, work uniform, Scouts uniform, leggings and a strappy top - whatever you want (keeping it non-provocative and tasteful of course). If you want to bring a prop, feel free. If you are with a veteran partner or family member, we are open to a couple of ‘dual’ photos saying ‘We are veterans’. Even potentially open to one or two bringing a male partner and having the poster say ‘We are veterans’, or ‘One of us is a veteran, and it isn’t the man!’ – This of course will be up for discussion once we’ve allocated people to shoots. The concept will be poster campaigns showing a single female veteran, with words surrounding it describing them and then the tag line: 'I served (add in how long if you want) in the (Service). I am many things. I am a Veteran.'
